I started this online health and fitness coaching in November of 2017 and haven't looked back since! I have helped 100+ women transform their lives physically, financially, emotionally, etc. I managed to get this business up and running while pushing through my final two semesters of nursing school. Now I'm working full time as a nurse while continuing to do this. NURSING + FITNESS COACHING = LIVING MY DREAM LIFE!

Now I am passing on my passion by mentoring my coaches on my team - The Lady Shredders. I am helping them achieve their own business success by spreading their love for health online and running online bootcamps by my side with the goal of reaching and empowering even MORE people to live healthier lives. I am looking for women who have a desire to do MORE, to leave an impact, and of course, to build a business that is meaningful, fulfilling, and profitable!
